Yes and no. All artists are Iron Palm are contractors and ‘partners’ in the business. Senior tattoo artists and piercers may decide to take on an apprentice but that is up to them. The shop doesn’t make a decision in these areas. Iron Palm puts full responsibility for training and learning the dos and don’ts of the body art business on the artist taking on the apprentice. If you get an apprenticeship make your master artist look good!
