A septum piercing is a type of nose body piercing through the nasal septum cartilage that separates the nostrils. The piercing goes through the cartilage, not the skin, and a small, captive bead ring or a circular barbell is usually worn as jewelry.

A septum piercing is $85 at Iron Palm Tattoos. Jewelry is included free with the service. Piercing Aftercare instructions will be provided by the piercer when service is complete.
