Anti-tragus piercing is a type of ear piercing that is located on the outer rim of the ear, opposite the tragus (the small bump in front of the ear canal). The anti-tragus is the area that extends from the tragus to the top of the earlobe. It is a popular ear piercing due to its unique placement and the ability to show off jewelry and studs in a different way than the traditional earlobe piercing. This piercing is can be completed with a needle or a piercing gun and can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks to heal completely.
